General Provisions
Purpose of these Terms

One Account per Person

Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Players must choose a withdrawal method from the options provided at the time of registration.
Financial Security & Verification
To protect against financial irregularities, 123kat reserves the right to request supporting documents from a player at any time. If the requested documents are not provided within the specified period, withdrawals may be suspended pending further investigation.
Funds & Account Suspension
If signs of fraud, money laundering, or terms violations are detected, 123kat reserves the right to immediately suspend or close a player's account and conduct a further investigation.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
New players at 123kat can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus winnings, players must wager the bonus amount 25 times.
Bonus Restrictions
- Winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
- The specific terms and conditions for each promotion must be followed as stated on the promotions page of the platform.
- Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash, transferred, or moved to another account.
- 123kat reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus programme at any time.
- Each player may claim the welcome bonus once only.
VIP Levels & Cashback
There are four VIP levels based on a player's wagering volume: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Bronze players can earn up to 0.2% cashback per week, Silver up to 0.5%, Gold up to 0.8%, and Platinum up to 1.0%. Cashback funds must also be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn.

- Using software tools, bots, or automation programmes
- Attempting to access the platform's systems without authorisation
